Woman arrested for meth trafficking

A sting operation at a Decatur hotel resulted in a woman’s arrest.
Julie Ann Leverett is charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and is being held in the Morgan County Jail on $75,000 bond.
Her arrest follows a Feb. 13 sting by the Morgan County Drug Task Force and the Decatur Police Department Organized Crime Unit at the American Inn on Highway 31 South. The sting netted a quantity of methamphetamine.
