Funeral for Onzell Iree Caudle, 82, of Eva was Saturday, Mar. 1, at 2 p.m., at Gum Pond Primitive Baptist Church with Eldcrs J. L. Hopper, Heath Williams and Sammy Caudle officiating and Cullman Heritage Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Caudle died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2008, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was a homemaker and a member of Gum Pond Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nuel Caudle; a son, David Caudle; two brothers; and three grandchildren. She is survived by four sons, Nuel W. Caudle and wife Pat, Sammy Caudle and wife Brenda, Ricky Caudle and wife Sarah and Michael Caudle and wife Deb; two daughters, Angela Joiner and husband Jerry and Rhonda Mason and husband Ricky; four sisters, Nell Brown, Lily Hopper, Hilda Hester and husband Hafford and Sue Oakley and husband James; two brothers, Gene Holmes and wife Betty and Kenneth Holmes and wife Shirley; 22 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Grandsons were pallbearers.
