Funeral for Elsie Iola Turney, 94, of Falkville was Friday, May 23, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Clyde Ledlow officiating.
Burial was in Red Oak Cemetery.
Mrs. Turney died Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born June 29, 1913, in Morgan County to Harris Leroy Eubanks and Berta Iola Stinson Eubanks. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hilray Turney and a daughter, Margie Fay Turney.
She is survived by two sisters, Tempie Eubanks of Summerford Nursing Home and Helen Garrison of Decatur.
Family members and friends were pallbearers.
