Cecil Dotson, 73, of Springville died Thursday, June 5, 2008, at his residence.
Peck Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Mr. Dotson was born March 5, 1935, in Lawrence County to Oscar Lee Dotson and Adrian Mae Jones Dotson. He was preceded in death by a son, Darrin Oscar Dotson; a brother, Thomas Price Dotson; a sister, Gladys Minor; and two grandchildren, Steven Jerome Dotson and Preston Cooper.
He is survived by a son, Cecil Dewayne Dotson; two daughters, Donna Gurliaccio and Delinda Terry; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
