Janet Ann Simmons, 70, formerly of Hartselle, died Monday, June 2, 2008, in Jasper. She was born Sept. 24, 1937, in Rhode Island to E. Joseph Pearce and Lena Germain Pearce.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Drinkard and Donna McAfee; her mother, Lena Germain Pearce; two brothers, W. Joseph Pearce and Mike Pearce; a sister, Patricia Keating; three grandsons, Lee Drinkard, Tony Drinkard and Brent Drinkard; and a granddaugher, Malerie Drinkard.
