Funeral for Jaimie Glenda Lee Burns, five, of Hartselle was Saturday, July 5, at 2 p.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Childs officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Jaime died Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born June 15, 2003, in Florida to Kevin Burns of Hartselle and Ashley Barber, also of Hartselle.
She is survived by her mother, Ashley Barber of Hartselle, her father, Kevin Burns of Hartselle; a brother, Evan Ray Burns of Hartselle; a sister, Mary Ann Burns of Hartselle; her grandparents, Paul D. Barber, Lisa Burns, Brian Bowman, and Joanne Sanchez Barber; her stepmother, Donna Perry of Hartselle; and her great-grandparents, Glenda Burns, James Burns and Frances Lawrimore.
Pallbearers were Matthew Barber, Steven Patrick Barber and Steven Wayne Barber.
