Funeral for Marie Kilgore, 82, of Danville was Saturday, July 12, at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J. W. Doss officiating
Burial was in Old Center Cemetery.
Mrs. Kilgore died Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at her residence. She was born May 13, 1926, in Michigan to James and Florence Tomes. She was preceded in death by six brothers, a son and a granddaughter.
She is survived by a son, Joseph McBride of Danville; two daughters, Roberta McBride and Louella Faust, both of Danville; a sister, Mary Grabiec of Westland, Mich.; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchldren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Joseph McBride, Gregory McBride, Gene Tomes, John Topia. Taylor Topia, John Anthony Topia Jr. and Terry Lindsey.
