Funeral for Mae Frances Lyle Gorham, 73, of Decatur was Monday, July 21, at 7 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Howard Martin officiating.
Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton, Ky.
Mrs. Gorham died Saturday, July 19, 2008, at Decatur General Hospital.
She was born Nov. 1, 1934, in Jefferson County to Owen Lyle and Bernice Lou Ellen Turney Lyle.
She was a retired clerical worker for Mutual Savings Life Ins. Co. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Gorham Sr., and a daughter, Sarah Jean Gorham.
She is survived by two sons, James E. Gorham Jr. and Jerry Gorham, both of Decatur; two daughters, Judy McClure of Somerville and Jennifer Bishop of Hartselle; a sister, Cozene Johnson of Somerville; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
