Funeral for Sharon Hall Boggess, 50, of Somerville was Tuesday, July 22, at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Curtis Stanford officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Boggess died Friday, July 18, 2008, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born June 21, 1958, in Texas to Merle Edward Hall and Shirley Mae Jennings Hall. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Diane Dewitt and Hazel Davis.
She is survived by her husband, Norman Boggess III of Somerville; two sons, Mark Ardin of Capshaw and Norman Boggess IV of Moody; a daughter, Virginia Patterson of Hartselle; three brothers, Merle Hall of Horton, Daniel Hall of Somerville and Robert Hall of Grant; three sisters, Debbie Bannister of Albertville, Tammy Daughtery of Mississippi and Vally Baldridge of Arkansas; and four grandchildren.
Family members and friends were pallbearers.
