Board members complete training

Several Hartselle and Morgan County school board members are among those completing training in the Alabama Association of School Boards’ Board Member Academy. Participants work to improve their boardmanship skills, increase their understanding of education issues and heighten their leadership skills by participating in the Academy.
Bruyne Rollins and Jennifer Sittason, both members of the Hartselle School Board, completed level one training.
Betty Hackett completed level four training and Jimmy Dobbs and Kenneth Henson, all of Morgan County’s board, completed master’s training.
Tom Earwood and Dora Woodard were named to the master’s honor roll, the highest level of achievement. Both are members of Morgan County’s board.
