Three arrested for string of burglaries

Christopher Lewis Tisdale of 50 Wilson Street NE Apt. 105B and two juveniles are each charged with two counts of burglar in the third degree and one count of burglary in the second degree.
Sheriff’s dispatchers had received a call Aug. 27 around 5:45 p.m. from a resident on Bluff City Road.
The man said there was a burglary in process at the home where he was alone with his 16-month-old child. The caller provided a description of the suspects and their vehicle.
Deputies located the vehicle and a high speed chase ensued. Deputies said items were seen being thrown from the car during the chase. The chase ended when the suspects’vehicle crashed through a fence and into a field at Natural Bridge Road and Tall Pine Road. The suspects fled on foot but were later apprehended.
Investigators said items from three other burglaries, one on Bluff City Road, one on Turkey Mountain Road and one on Rivermont Bend, were found in the vehicle.
The juveniles were transported to the juvenile detention center in Tuscumbia pending action in juvenile court. The adult is being held in the Morgan County Jail. No bond has been set on these charges yet.
