Funeral for Fran Eddy, 77, of Hartselle was Sunday, Sept. 7, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dewitt Crow officiating.
Burial was in Salem Cemetery.
Mrs. Eddy died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at Decatur General Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gurney Eddy, and a son, Dwight Eddy.
She is survived by a son, Doug Eddy of Hartselle; two brothers, Leslie Riethmaier of Jackson, Tenn. and Alton Riethmaier of Gardendale; two sisters, Nell Holderfield of Midway and Wilma Hopkins of Hartselle; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
