Three charged with making meth

A Hartselle man was among three arrested last week in connection with a methamphetamine lab found in Decatur.
Steven Quinn Martin, 43, of 905 Gable Circle, is charged with unlawful manufacture in the first degree. Cheryl Lynne Wallace Hill, 43, and Patrick Lee Davis, 34, both of Decatur are also charged with unlawful manufacturing in the first degree.
The arrests followed the Decatur Police Department’s search of a home at 1204 Grant Street in Decatur. Officers located methampetamine, paraphernalia and components and chemicals used in the production of the drug. The city’s code enforcement officer was contacted and the residence was found unsafe for human habitation.
All three were taken to Morgan County Jail on $5,000 bond.
