A Hartselle man was arrested last week after Decatur police said they discovered items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine in his car.
James Scott Hall, 36, of 2003 Tunstill Road, is charged with unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance in the second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hall was stopped Sept. 18 after police said he improperly changed lanes while driving on Gordon Terry Parkway. Police searched his vehicle and found psuedoephedrine and equipment for manufacturing meth. They also found drug paraphernalia.
Hall was taken to Decatur City Jail on $5,500 bond.
