A memorial service for Alan Ray Thompson, 55, of Hartselle was Saturday, Oct. 11, at his residence.
Mr. Thompson died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, at his residence. He was born Dec. 9, 1952, in Morgan County to Ray Thompson and Edna Thompson.
He is survived by three daughters, Kasmine Kyle Chambers of Trinity, Irica Nichole Edwards of Jacksonville, N.C. and Miranda Justina Thompson of Columbia, S. C.; his mother, Edna Thompson; two brothers, Tommy Gene Thompson of Hartselle and Raymond Kyle Thompson of Nashville, Tenn.; a sister, Valerie Gail Stephenson of Hartselle; and seven grandchildren.
