Anthony ‘Tony’ Craig Ryan

Funeral for Anthony “Tony” Craig Ryan, 41, of Decatur was Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Standridge officiating.
Burial was in New Friendship Cemetery in Somerville.
Mr. Ryan died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008, in Decatur. He was born Feb. 26, 1967, in Morgan County to Talmadge Wilson Ryan and Wilda Muzzey Ryan. He was a Baptist and loved the outdoors.
He grew up in the Priceville/Brooksville area, graduated from Brewer High School and attended Calhoun Community College. He was a loving father and was preceded in death by his mother and a nephew, Jeffrey Ray Ryan.
He is survived by a son, Lucas Ferrell of Decatur; a daughter, Cara Ryan of Lacey’s Spring; his father, Talmadge Wilson Ryan of Decatur; two brothers, Talmadge Jerry Ryan and Rodney Steven Ryan, both of Decatur; a nephew, Chad Ryan; a great-nephew, Justin Ryan; a great-niece, Jessica Rae Ryan; and a close, loving family and friends.
Pallbearers were Scott Garnett, C.W. Gibson, Justin Ryan, Thomas Crawford and Kevin Cagle.
