Meth recipe found in man’s car

A Hartselle man is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance after being stopped by Decatur Police.
Charles Christopher Jones, 26, of 411 New Center Road, is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance in the second degree and possession of brass knuckles. Jones was stopped in a parking lot in Decatur and police found that his passenger had felony warrants. Police searched the vehicle and found ingredients to manufacture methamphetamine, and a recipe for meth, as well as brass knuckles. He was taken to Morgan County Jail on $3,500 bond.
