Wilburn ‘Bill’ Entrekin

Funeral for Wilburn “Bill” Entrekin, 85, of Hartselle was Monday, Nov. 10, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Rick Thompson officiating.
Burial was in Gum Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Entrekin died Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, at Hartselle Medical Center. He was born Sept. 28, 1923. He worked in maintenance at General Motors.
He is survived by his wife, Lavern Ward Entrekin of Hartselle; a sister, Sarah Jane Boyer of Decatur; six brothers-in-law, Jerry Ward of Hartselle, Huey Ward of Tennessee, Tom Ward and Junior Ward, both of Hartselle, Ronnie Ward of Moulton and Harold Ward of Oden Ridge; and a sister-in-law, Mary Nell Mekras of Hartselle.
Family members and friends were pallbearers.
