Funeral for Ronald Guice “Red” Taylor Sr., 42, of Hartselle was Saturday, Nov. 15, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Clyde Ledlow officiating.
Burial was in Shaw Cemetery in Colbert County.
Mr. Taylor died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Taylor Sr. and his father-in-law, Milton Arnold.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Sue Matheny Taylor of Hartselle; a son, Ronald “Ronnie” Taylor Jr. of Hartselle; a daughter, Misty Michelle Taylor of Hartselle; his mother, Shirley Taylor of Hartselle; his mother-in-law, Mary Arnold of Hartselle; a brother, Robert Taylor Jr. of Addison; four sisters, Brenda Jeffers and John Jones of Hartselle; Rhonda Guess and husband Randall and Dana Reyes and husband Alvaro, all of Cullman, and Diane Abner and husband Willard of Priceville; 11 nieces; eight nephews; and a lot of good friends.
Pallbearers were Rob Taylor, Josh Guess, Frank Jones, Ty Murphy, Dustin Bailey and Gary Jeffers.
