Linda Faye Sparks Roberts

Funeral for Linda Faye Sparks Roberts, 67, of Hartselle was Wednesday, Dec. 3, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ted Agee officiating.
Burial was in Grange Hall Cemetery in Trinity.
Mrs. Roberts died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born August 2, 1941, in Morgan County to Travis Sparks Sr. and Hattie Velma Jones Sparks. A member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jeff Roberts; a grandson, Asa Roberts; and three brothers, Travis Sparks Jr., Roland Sparks and James Sparks.
She is survived by three sons Chris Roberts of Rogersville, Tony Roberts of Moulton and Byron Roberts of Clio; a daughter, Cyndi Roberts of Hartselle; two sisters, Nora Frazier of Decatur and Ruby Shirah of Las Vegas, Nev.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a special extended family, Greg and Pam Nicholson and their three children and James and Francis Brooks.
