Funeral for Herman Lee Holt. 60, of Hartselle was Friday, Dec. 5, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Melvin Hunter officiating.
Burial was in Herring Cemetery.
Mr. Holt died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born July 17, 1948, in Morgan County to Herman R. Holt and Edith Roberts Holt. He was a devoted father, grandfather and a loving brother. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Wanda Holt.
He is survived by two daughters, Tabatha Bledsoe and husband Chris of South Carolina and Shelia Wooten and husband Kayle of Decatur; two sons, Danny Holt and wife Mignon of Tanner and Tony Davis of Trinity; a brother, Stanley Holt of Hartselle; a sister, Frances Holt of Hartselle; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Tony Davis Jr., Zackery Garmany, Chris Bledsoe, Kayle Wooten, Jessie Holt and Tommy Holt.
