Funeral for Amelia Ann Landers Linderman, 77, of Danville was Wednesday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home with the Revs. Jack Bailey and John Baine officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Linderman died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2009, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born Sept. 14, 1931, in Morgan County to Eulis Landers and Dorothy Phillips Landers. She was a member of Walden Chapel Baptist Church and a longtime employee of Lakeland Industries.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Cecil A. Linderman of Danville; three sons, Timothy Linderman and wife Mary of Clanton and Stanley Linderman and wife JoAnn and Phillip Linderman and wife Deborah, both of Danville; two daughters, Amelia Russell and Alicia Russell and husband Larry, both of Danville; a sister, Wilma Jean Standridge of Decatur; 10 granddaughters; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers were Billy Standridge, Gary Dale, Cory Cleckler, Lynn Smith, David Wood, J.R. Nelson, Buddy Walker and Jimmy Linderman.
