Meth lab found in Somerville

A child welfare check led Morgan County Sheriff’s Deputies to the discovery of a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory in Somerville.
Deputies were responding to a child welfare call Jan. 14 at a residence on Six Mile Road in Somerville. As they approached the home, deputies saw someone fleeing an outbuilding. Deputies went to the door to ask the homeowner if their outbuilding had been burglarized only to discover the person answering the door had outstanding warrants. They then saw a methamphetamine laboratory inside the house.
Deputies detained the person in the outbuilding and called in the Morgan County Drug Task Force of the situation. Arrested at the scene were Mark Franklin Morrow, 39, Paul William Hatfield, 32, and Robie Justin Sullins, 19. Each were charged with unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance in the first degree and are being held in the Morgan County Detention Facility on $5,000 bond each.
