Funeral for Mary Imogene Spiegel Anders, 83, of Hartselle was Sunday, Feb. 1, at 3:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. P.J. Jenkins officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Anders died Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, at her residence. She was born June 19, 1925, in Morgan County to Almer H. Spiegel and Frances Nettie Maples Spiegel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur F. Anders and her parents.
She is survived by a son, Barney Anders and wife Becky of Hartselle; a brother, Lewis Spiegel of Northport; three sisters, Margaret Seibert of Decatur, Bertha Missman of Calif. and Peggy Reagan of Birmingham; two grandsons, Jeff Anders and wife Christy and Brandon Anders and two great-grandchildren, Casen Anders and Colton Anders.
Pallbearers were Jeff Anders, Brandon Anders, Robert Reagan, Ron Seibert, Spiegel Yates and Don Spiegel.
