County upgrades license office in District 4

East Morgan County residents will soon be able to purchase or renew their drivers licenses at the Cotaco satellite office of the Morgan County license commissioner,
The Morgan County Commission authorized the installation of a T1 line from the state to accommodate the change. The installation is expected to cost $500 plus a $600 a month service fee, bringing the total amount to $4,700 from March 2008 through September.
There will be no cost for a camera since a spare one is available at the Decatur license office, according to License Commissioner Sue Baker Roan.
