Funeral for Margaret Nell Oden, 77, of Eva was Monday, Feb. 16, at 11 a.m. at Mount View Baptist Church with the Rev. James Wray officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Cook Cemetery in Falkville.
Mrs. Oden died Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, at her residence.
She was born January 19, 1932, in Morgan County to Romer Hall and Lottie Stinson Hall. She was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church, an avid doll collector and had a heart for children in need. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, David Graham Oden of Eva; two sons, Donald Ray Oden of Eva and Larry David Oden of Indiana; two daughters, Linda Kreighbaum of Falkville and Cindy Higgins of Cullman; two brothers, Ervin Hall of Georgia and Romer Hall of Eva; two sisters, Linda Childers and Sharon Lindsey, both of Falkville; seven grandchildren, Christy Dzur, Johnathan Oden, Jason and Brad Kreighbaum, Jeremiah, Joshua and Jessica Higgins; three great- grandchildren, Andrew Kreighbaum, Allison and Ashliegh Oden and a companion cat, Tiger.
