Bad check roundup planned

Morgan County District Attorney Bob Burrell said arrests of violators in arrears with the Restitution Recovery and Worthless Check units will begin soon.
For several weeks, employees of the Worthless Check Unit and Restitution Recover Units have been warning individuals who have not paid that a roundup is immenent. Burrell would not disclose the exact dates of the roundup, but said "April Fools Day may be a very bad day for those who have not been to the Worthless Check Unit or the Restitution Recover Unit to settle their accounts."
