Funeral for Betty Joe Truffa, 55, of Falkville was Sunday, April 26, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Ashley officiating.
Mrs. Truffa died Monday, April 20, 2009, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born September 10, 1953, in Georgia to Joe Travis and Vera Samples Travis. She was a faithful member of Lebanon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Louis Truffa of Falkville; three sons, James L. Truffa and wife Tawnya of Hartselle, David E. Truffa and wife Claudia of Decatur and Anthony R. Truffa of Falkville; a daughter, Angie M. Truffa of Salt Lake City, Utah; two brothers, James Travis of Houston, Tex. and Robert Travis and wife Vicky of Norman, Okla.; a sister, Jan Travis of Norman, Okla.; and two grandchildren, Brittney Truffa and Louis Anthony Truffa.
