Park and rec events abound

There’s a full slate of fun ahead this summer at the Hartselle Park and Recreation Department.

Ellis-Robertson will also be teaching basic baton to girls entering kindergarten through seventh grade. Girls will learn the basics of twirling, basic strut and dance twirl routine. The class is planned for July 13-15 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. There will be a performance July 15 to allow parents to see what their daughters have learned. Each student will receive a camp t-shirt. Register and pay $35 fee by July 10.
