Funeral for Mildred Jeffers, 84, of Falkville was Wednesday, July 15, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Floyd Bradford officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur.
Mrs. Jeffers died Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born October 5, 1924, in Cullman County to Lawrey Roberts and Dena Fines Roberts. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward C. Jeffers; three sisters, Ethel Lambert, Hazel Light and Betty Nunnelley; and a brother, George “Billy” Roberts.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers were David Bradford, Jeremy Bradford, Ken Jones, Harold Jeffers, Mark Roberts and Jason Roberts.
