Funeral for Minnie Lee Stewart, 82, of Hartselle was Saturday, July 11, at 7 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Holt officiating.
Mrs. Stewart died Wednesday, July 8, 2009. She was born Feb. 18, 1927, in Morgan County. She was a Baptist and was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Stewart; and a son, Tony L. Stewart.
She is survived by a son, John H. Stewart and wife Colleen of Hartselle; a sister, Dale Jackson of Decatur; two cousins, Frances Holt, who took care of Mrs. Stewart for the past four months, and Stanley Holt of Hartselle; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
