Funeral for Mildred E. Bonds, 88, of Falkville, will be Thursday (today), August 6, at 11 a.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in Hamby Chapel Cemetery in Cullman.
Mrs. Bonds died Monday, August 3, 2009, at her residence. She was born September 10, 1920, in Carrolton County, Ga., to Albert Smith and Emily McGukin Smith. She was employed by Summerford Nursing Home as a nurse’s aide. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas D. Bonds; and a son, Keith Bonds.
She is survived by three daughters, Jane Clark and husband Bill, Myra Bonds and Joan Farley and husband Bill; a son, Ricky Bonds and wife Judy; four grandsons, Ash Farley, Bradley Pridmore, Don Bonds and T.J. Bonds; a granddaughter, Jennifer St. John and husband Greg; two great-grandchildren, Wesley and Abby St. John; and three sisters, Sybil Gay, Juanita Latta and Imogene Price.
