Ponnie Grace Chappell Maze

Funeral for Ponnie Grace Chappell Maze, 82, of Hartselle, was Tuesday, August 4, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Harold Brown and Jimmy Maze officiating.
Burial was in Mount Tabor Cemetery.
Mrs. Maze died Saturday, August 1, 2009, at Parkway Medical Center. She was born May 19, 1927, in Morgan County to O.B. Chappell and Ollie Mae Cecil Chappell. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Luther Maze; a son, Wayne Maze and wife Donna of Hartselle; five daughters, Linda Hopper and husband J.C. of Eva, Joyce Bogle and husband Larry of Falkville, Kathy Maze of Priceville, Betty Maze Patterson of Hartselle and Patty Sandy and husband John of Tanner; a brother, Ronnie Chappell of Falkville; two sisters, Ella Dean of Hartselle and Louise Smith and husband William of Cullman; 11 grandchildren, Stacy and Randy Hopper, Jonas Patterson, Danielle Patterson Morrison, Scott McClellan, Chris Bogle, Jennifer Bogle Carmack, Johnny Childers, Ferrah Maze, Daxton Maze and Chelsea Maze; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Stacy Hopper, Randy Hopper, Chris Bogle, Mack Patterson, Daxton Maze, Scott McClellan and Johnny Childers.
