A graveside service for Susan Oden, 50, of Falkville, was Saturday, August 1, at 2 p.m. at Mount Carmel Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Oden died Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born June 11, 1959, in Mississippi to Alton Webster Brown and Donna Ruth Robinson Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan Renea Oden Popdan and Brandi Lamanda Oden; two brothers, Allen Denson and Billy Denson; a sister, Brenda Brack; and three grandchildren.
