Funeral for B.C. Terry, 70, of Hartselle was Friday, August 7, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Mark Posey and Nicky Presnell officiating.
Burial was in Burningtree Memorial Gardens in Decatur.
Mr. Terry died Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born August 21, 1938, in Lawrence County to Ellis Terry and Jessie Cahela Terry.
He was a member of Austinville Church of Christ and was a retired supervisor from Freuhauf.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Fuller Terry of Hartselle; two daughters, Jennie Gardner and husband Jimmy of Dellrose, Tenn. and Laura Ard of Charlotte, N.C.; a brother, Randall Terry of Hartselle; four grandchildren, Michelle Moorehead and husband Mat, Amanda Gardner, Shane Dunaway and Breann Voss; and two great-grandchildren, Brittney Doss and Hunter Moorehead.
Pallbearers were Tim Ard, Bryant Greenwell, Jon Greenwell, Patrick Greenwell, Lee Terry and Brandon Hodges.
Honorary pallbearers were Buck McCulloch, David Sparkman, Melvin Miller, Ray Terry, Wayne Hodges, Larry Flack, Malcolm Jones, Bob Pruitt, Ray Robinson, Rhea Greenwell and Jerry Hall.
