Funeral for Lisa “Dawn” Walden, 43, of Hartselle, was Saturday, August 8, at 7 p.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Wendell Callahan officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was Sunday, August 9, at 2 p.m. in Forrest Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Walden died Thursday, August 6, 2009, at her residence. She was born October 14, 1965, in Morgan County. She was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church and worked as a paralegal for Mutual Savings Life Insurance Company.
She is survived by her husband Dwight Walden of Hartselle; a son, Daniel Scott Garner of Hartselle; a daughter, Brittany Lee Garner of Hartselle; her father, Malcolm Sybert and wife Dianne of Hartselle; her mother, Vivian Sapp Wade and husband Lloyd of Hartselle; and a sister, Pamela Wilson of Decatur.
