Devils come up short at Addison

ADDISON - With a pair of 100-yard rushers, Addison gained a measure of revenge for a loss to Falkville last season.
The Bulldogs ran for 365 yards in a 27-6 victory over Falkville in a Class 2A, Region 7 game Friday night.
Falkville dropped to 0-2 overall and 0-1 in Class 2A, Region 7 play. Addison improved to 2-0 and 1-0.
Falkville picked up its only points of the game in the fourth quarter when Aaron Lee threw a 21-yard touchdown pass to Drew Nall.
Blake Robinson led Addison with 150 yards in the win. He has rushed for 100 yards in each of the Bulldogs’s first two games.
Robinson finished the night with three touchdowns.
Trent Godbee added 106 yards and one touchdown for the Bulldogs.
Falkville will be back at home Friday for a Class 2A, Region 7 game with Oakman. The Blue Devils will be trying to avoid their first 0-3 start since the 2004 season.
