Funeral for Brenda Charlene Vinson Mitchell, 50, of Falkville, was Saturday, September 12, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Aldridge officiating.
Burial was in Falkville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Mitchell died Wednesday, September 9, 2009, at her residence. She was born April 29, 1959, in Morgan County to J.C. Vinson and Barbara Vinson. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Vicky Wood.
She is survived by her husband, James Mitchell of Falkville; a son, Jimmy Mitchell of Cullman, her mother, Barbara Vinson of Falkville; a brother, Curtis “PeeWee” Vinson of Pinson; two sisters, Debbie Wood of Hartselle and Teresa Barbee of Falkville; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Tim Wood, P.J. Barbee, Randy Wood, Jody Wood, Chad Barbee and Steve Wood.
