A graveside service for Lucille Stevenson, 85, of Somerville, was Wednes-day, September 16, at 3:30 p.m. at West Point Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Harry Saint officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Stevenson died Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at River City Health &Rehab in Decatur. She was born July 12, 1924, in Morgan County to Clifton Henderson and Bertha Brooks Henderson. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Stevenson Sr. and a daughter, Melba Stevens.
She is survived by a son, Shorty Stevenson and wife Sherry of Somerville; a daughter, Jackie Luhmann of Eva; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
