Auditions set for Christmas Carol

The Backstage Theatre Company, based in Decatur is planning several events.
Auditions for Christmas Carol, the classic Charles Dickens tale, will be Oct. 3 at the studio from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The studio is located at 401 14th Street Building 4G in Funland Park.
Roles are available for children, teens and adults. There will be a cold reading from a script.
The show performs Dec. 18 -19.
The company will present The Legend of Sleepy Hollow at the Princess Theatre Oct. 23 and Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m. each night. Tickets are $11 for adults, students, children and seniors.
