Martha Paul Cain ‘Mossie’ McDaniel

Funeral for Martha Paul Cain “Mossie” McDaniel, 86, of Hartselle was Wednesday, October 7, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Cain officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mrs. McDaniel died Monday, October 5, 2009, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born September 17, 1924, in Morgan County to Paul Robinson Cain and Esther Thompson Cain. She was a member of DAR, American Legion and First United Methodist Church in Hartselle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas F. “Cotton” McDaniel.
She is survived by a son, Frank McDaniel and wife Sherry of Hartselle; a brother, J.P. Cain and wife Ruth of Hartselle; a granddaughter, Brandi McClendon and husband David; a grandson, Michael McDaniel and wife Amanda; and two great-grandchildren, Kaidan and Rylan McClendon.
Pallbearers were Charles Clemons, Robert Clemons, Rob Cain, Paul Cain, Glenn Thompson and Eddie Cain.
