Larry Nelson ‘Peaches’ Thompson

Funeral for Larry Nelson “Peaches” Thompson, 53, of Fayetteville, Tenn. was Monday, Oct. 19, at 1 p.m. at Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church with Peck Funeral Home directing. Mr. Thompson was a native of Morgan County.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Thompson died Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009, at UAB Hospital. He was a native of Morgan County. He was retired from Dunlap Tire Corporation and he served and led a NA group in Huntsville for many years. After retirement he owned and operated Thompson Tax &Accounting in Huntsville and also L&L Accounting in Fayetteville, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his father Howard Thompson and two brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Luci Thompson of Fayetteville, Tenn.; a daughter, Nicki Thompson; three sons, Adam Thompson, Bradley Thompson and Jordan McCutcheon; his mother, Betty Thompson; two brothers; two sisters; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
