Romer ‘Buddy’ Hall

Funeral for Romer “Buddy” Hall, 57, of Falkville was Friday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m. at Eva Baptist Church with the Revs. Phillip Robinson and Daniel Tidwell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Cook Cemetery.
Mr. Hall died, Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, at his residence. He was born March 28, 1952, in Morgan County to Charles Romer Hall and Lottie Ervin Stinson Hall. He was a member of Eva Baptist Church. He loved playing in Blue Grass Gospel Quartet and was always first to give God praise for his musical talent plus a host of friends he reached through his life. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Charles and Elton Hall; and three sisters, Evora Blevins, Nell Oden and Olene Blevins.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Hall; three sons, Johnathan Hall and wife Malinda of Arley, Christopher Hall of Falkville and Jerret Hall and wife Valerie of Decatur; two brothers, L. B. Hall of Falkville, Ervin Hall of Stone Mountain, Ga.; two sisters, Sharon Lindsey and Linda Childers, both of Falkville; two grandchildren, Karissa and Kaleb Hall.
Pallbearers were Stan Nelson, John Brown, Jason Fraizer, Cecil Taylor, Ton Holcomb and Bobby Scott.
Honorary pallbearers were H. Draper, Glenn Free, Tommy Shelton, Floyd Shelton, Jimmy Scott and Dwight Childers.
