Brewer falls in final

FLORETTE - Decatur overcame a five-point deficit against previously-unbeaten Brewer Saturday to claim an 83-79 victory over Brewer in the Brewer Patriot Thanksgiving Classic championship game.
The Lady Red Raiders got a game-high 34 points from Brittany McCloud to spark the win.
Elizabeth Bromirski led Brewer with 27 points, while Chelsey Smith contributed 25 points.
The Lady Patriots also got a 14-point effort from Courtney Oldacre in the loss.
Decatur scored 26 points in the third quarter to overcome a 34-29 Brewer lead at the half.
Brewer 68, Albertville 27
Brewer won its sixth straight by dismantling Albertville in the first round of the tournament.
Elizabeth Bromirski scored 23 points to lead the Lady Patriots, while Courtney Oldacre added 11 points. Chelsey Smith chipped in 11 points in the win.
Rheagan Harville and B.J. Scott added six points each for Brewer.
Brittany Copeland paced Albertville with 12 points.
Brewer 52, Cullman 27
Brewer knocked off Cullman 52-27 in a winner’s bracket game Saturday to remain undefeated.
