Funeral service for Andrew A. Fowler, 86, of Eva was Tuesday, December 8, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. J.C. Head officiating.
Burial was in Etha Cemetery in Cullman County.
Mr. Fowler died Saturday, December 5, 2009, at Hartselle Medical Center. He was born June 30, 1923, in Morgan County to Dee S. Fowler and Iva Bell Murphy Fowler. He was a God loving man, the best father and papaw anyone could have been blessed with. He was a simple man that everyone looked up to and he will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Clara Mae Fowler and two brothers, Feltus Fowler and Bobby Fowler.
He is survived by two sons, Robert Fowler of Eva and Buddy Joe Fowler and wife Nancy of Hartselle; two daughters, Imogene Puckett and husband Freddie of Hartselle and Willa Dean Potter and husband Lloyd of Priceville; four brothers, Alton Fowler of Eva, Johnny Fowler, Ray Fowler and Wendall Fowler, all of Georgia; two sisters, Vivian Widener of Eva and Gene Graham of Cullman; and ten grandchildren, Danielle Dodd, Jesse Knox, Craig Knox, Andrea Ferguson, Leigh Kervin, Beau Potter, Angela Puckett, Rachel Puckett Nelson and Stacey Puckett.
Pallbearers were Craig Knox, Jesse Knox, Ronnie Ferguson, Chip Kervin, Beau Potter and Jimmy Widener.
