Lutie Parker

Funeral for Lutie Parker, 89, of Eva was Monday, Dec. 21, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Steven Smith officiating.
Burial was in Lawrence Cove Cemetery in Eva.
Mr. Parker died Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009, at his residence. He was born July 30, 1920, in Marion County to Flint Parker and Sarah Williams Parker. He was preceded in death by his parents and two daughters, Shirley Raye Cox and JoAnn Engle.
He is survived by a son, Dewayne L. Parker of Decatur; two daughters, Sarah Crawford of Vance and Debra L. Niles of Eva; 20 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandsons.
