Funeral for Dale Hensley, 64, of Decatur was Sunday, Jan. 17, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ron Teal officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mr. Hensley died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born August 23, 1945, in Lawrence County. He was a graduate of Morgan County High School and was a lifetime horseman. He was preceded in death by his father, C.C. Hensley.
He is survived by his son, Chris Hensley and wife Jennifer of Hartselle; his mother, Corine Hensley of Hartselle; a sister, Carolyn Dutton of Hartselle; and two grandchildren, Cady and Luke Hensley.
