Greg Abercrombie elected commission vice chairman

District 4 Commissioner Greg Abercrombie, who is serving in his first term, will be serving as vice chairman of the Morgan County Commission this year.
The vice chairman’s position is rotated from one commissioner to the next on a rotating basis annually in accordance with the governing body’s policies.
Elected to four-year terms on the North-Central Alabama Regional Council of Governments were District 2 Commis-sioner Ken Livingston, Wade Weaver and Bob Francis.
