Funeral for Myra Baggett, 43, of Decatur was Saturday, February 13, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with pastor Mike Callahan officiating.
Burial was in Alexander &Wilburn Cemetery in Moulton.
Mrs. Baggett died Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born April 28, 1966, in Lawrence County. She was a member of Chapel Baptist Church. She loved children, loved to sing, pray and to praise the Lord.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Robert Baggett of Decatur; two sons, Matthew Ray Twilley of Huntsville and Joseph Lee Melson of Blairsville, Ga.; a daughter, Kimberly Lynn Fair of Huntsville; her parents, Peggy Joyce Brown and Bobby Joel Brown of Hartselle and Rayburn Dewell Melson of Moulton; three sisters, Margie Clem of Hartselle, Marilyn Bandy of Flint, Mich. and Martha Melson of Decatur; two grandchildren, Olivia Nicole Fair of Huntsville and Rachel Gabrielle Melson of Blairsville, Ga.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
