A memorial service for Annie Sue Ledlow Middleton, 64, of Scotts, Michigan was Tuesday, February 23, at Scotts Community Center.
Mrs. Middleton died Sunday, February 14, 2010, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She was born November 3, 1945, in Hartselle to Walton Ledlow and Pauline “Cricket” Brown Ledlow. She was a member of Unity Church where she taught children’s Sunday School for nine years. She was a Head Start volunteer before becoming disabled and she enjoyed traveling, genealogy, reading and was co-author of a book of poetry. She enjoyed spending time with her family, particularly teaching songs and poems to youngsters.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 44 years, Richard Middleton; a sister, Peggy Maverine Ledlow Root and husband Donald of Portage; and several cherished nieces, nephews and cousins.
